ABOUT THE ARTIST

Having painted since childhood, I have turned a lifelong passion for art into a full time career as an artist.  Educated in both fine art and graphic design, these two areas define my work. 

 

Originally from London, I spent many years travelling and living abroad before finally settling down in North Yorkshire. My artwork has always been inspired by my local surroundings and the people I encounter.

My painting style has developed over the years. The latest evolution is a stronger leaning towards more graphic artwork and flatter colours with a deep focus on shapes and composition.
